Terms, disclaimer and copyright
The short version: we help you apply, universities make the decisions, and our content is ours.
What we do
Official.degree is an independent agent. We help you choose accredited programs, prepare your evidence and send your applications. We are not a university and we do not award degrees, credits or certificates.
What universities decide
Admission, the amount of credit for prior learning, and the award of any degree are decisions made solely by the university, under its own rules. We can’t guarantee admission or a particular amount of credit, and nobody honestly can.
Fees and refunds
Our fees are published on our fees page. The fee you pay, what it covers and the refund terms, including a 100% refund of our service fee if we can’t find a suitable accredited program for you, are set out in your written service agreement. Nothing is charged before you sign it.
Information on this site
Our guides and university information are for general guidance. Universities change their programs, rules and fees, so we confirm the details that matter for you during your review. Figures from official statistics are shown with their source and year.
